Zürcher Kantonalbank (Swisscanto)

Swisscanto Holding SA was founded in 1993 by the Swiss cantonal banks. In 2014 it brought together approximately 400 staff managing more than 40 billion Swiss francs spread over 121 funds. In December 2014, Zürcher Kantonalbank bought out the holdings of the other bodies. Swisscanto Holding SA is now the sole property of the Zürcher Kantonalbank group.

Under the product brand name Swisscanto Invest, the Zürcher Kantonalbank and the Swisscanto group offer their clients and distribution partners a full range of products and services in the investment and insurance sector. Assets under management by both enterprises taken together was estimated at more than 80 billion Swiss francs at the end of 2014.

HRS Real Estate SA

HRS Real Estate AG, with its head office in Frauenfeld, is a private Swiss enterprise in the building sector specialising in project development and general contracting activities.

Amongst their most important buildings they can claim the FIFA administration building in Zurich, the Arena AFG in St. Gallen, the Maladière stadium in Neuchâtel, the PostFinance Arena in Bern, the extension to the Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Hönggerberg, the 5-star suite extension of the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz or the Zug cantonal hospital in Baar.

SPG Intercity

SPG Intercity is the leader in commercial real estate. It has been active across all of Switzerland for 15 years. SPG Intercity is the preferred contact for national and international clients for their specific projects.

The enterprise was founded in 2000 as a partnership between two of the major Swiss real estate actors:

  • SPG, Société Privée de Gérance, founded in Geneva in 1960, the leader in the French-speaking part of Switzerland
  • INTERCITY, founded in Lucerne in 1954, the leader in the German-speaking part of Switzerland

In the course of 15 years SPG Intercity has become a reference for Switzerland. The firm employs around 40 staff and has four offices in Geneva, Lausanne, Zurich and Basel.

Outside Switzerland, SPG Intercity offers an international network thanks to its “Alliance Partner” Cushman & Wakefield, which is one of the world leaders in commercial real estate.

POM+

POM+ is a Swiss company providing consultancy in the building sector, managing building sites, real estate and asset portfolios, whether in terms of real estate assets, infrastructure, enterprises or organisations.

POM+'s key competencies cover performance measurement, strategy development, resource optimisation and and technology use taking account of real estate asset and infrastructure life cycles.

The company's 50 highly qualified staff offer a highly efficient service thanks to the expertise and experience that POM+ has gained from the approximately 3,000 projects that the company has managed.

Favre & Guth SA

Favre & Guth SA came into existence in 1968 through the association of two architects, René Favre and Antoine Guth. The practice is currently run by Patrice Bezos, Jean-Claude Péguet and Fabio Ricchetti.

The practice is proud to have completed the following projects:

  • Terre-Bonne Park in Eysins
  • BlueBox in Plan-les-Ouates
  • BAT 43 in Acacias
  • New head office for WIPO

Today the architecture workshop employs some 30 staff: architects, engineering architects, interior architects and designers.
